Information on the Site about security, backups or HIPAA is general. It is not legal advice and does not, by itself, make any practice compliant with HIPAA or any other law. Practices remain responsible for their own compliance obligations.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server or any related systems, or interfere with its operation;
- submit spam, malicious code or false information through the contact form;
- submit patient information or other protected health information through the contact form;
- scrape, copy or reuse Site content in bulk without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to Lariat IT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party product names mentioned on the Site (such as practice management software) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their mention doesn't imply endorsement.

The Site may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lariat IT from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
